I have been a bit busy lately with a new job so I forgot to post this earlier.

As the title is saying, the Air Calm fun fly in Lachute is this weekend.

There is room for camping and electricity is available on site.

Flying will be from 9am to dark at least on Saturday. It may finish earlier on Sunday. There will be some foamie night flying on Saturday with lights on the planes.

I was told that there is a lots of stuff for the pilot's raffle.

I will hopefully be there both days and it will be sunny.

It was a great weekend for model airplanes and the event in Lachute was a big success. Lots of nice airplanes, pilots from all over (from Quebec to Gatineau, Napierville, Valleyfield, etc) and lots of visitors.

It is indeed. Martin Lefevre from Quebec City did all the drawings and molds himself over a period of 2 years. It has 2 turbines and weighted about 35lbs. Martin flies it very well also.
