Kevin, you know my definition of the Cub: "A bitch to take off, a bitch to land, we are not in this hobby for the bitches!"
There is only one person in WIMAC who can possibly identify it.... by the blur... and yes, is a midwing.

Definitely a Yak 54, I can make out the letters at the top and the distinctive canopy and cowl.

And Greg!, It's a Yak

Now the $25000.00 question. How long will it take to build?

James got it first... I was betting on David, who built two...

Michael, it will take ALL WINTER! Or I will go bonkers with nothing to do..... one hinge per day, one screw per day, one servo per day....

Plus the Aeroworks Yak also...

My Visa took a big hit this month but is better than buying Prozac....

I have decided, after my Aeroworks Yak (OS 1.20 2C size) and the Seagull Edge I sold (OS .91 2C size) that those are the plane sizes I feel comfortable with.

And so it goes....

That is an excellent perspective for justifying your purchases. You may actually be saving money : ) LOL

Albert I think the best engine for this plane is a 26CC from Hobby King only $139USD

Hello Albert!!!
Good you are building!!!!! It is going to be cool!!!!
Yes, follow Mr David's advice... a gas engine!!!!! I hope I can build/buy a gas plane for next spring... we will see!!!! That yak flies very nice!!! I saw James' the other day, you will love it!

Otherwise, get a Saito 125!!!! I think it is the best engine for the 90 size planes..... (at least what I have read, remember I am a heli guy who does not know lots about planes... neither helis, lolllllllll well, I know how to crash them... that is something!),

Good luck and hope to see you soon!
