17cc Gaser question?

Hi Guys,
When I put full throttle it starts to die but it will run at 3/4 throttle and will idle fine.
Do I need to lean out/adjust the high end adjustment screw?

Sounds too lean to me but what do I know about such things.......you could try a bigger battery??
