View Full Version : Connecté une push rod au servo

Je ne sais jamais si je dois écrire en englais ou en français pour avoir le plus de réponse possible...

Je suis en train de monter mon Escapade 40 ARF et je dois raccorder les push rods aux servos.
Dans le manuel ils indiquent qu'on devrait faire un L avec la rod et mettre la clip qui est fourni. Je n'aime pas vraiment cette solution qui demande qu'on élargisse le trou, mais pas trop, dans le raccord de servo. Aussi, si on doit ajuster la longueur, il faut faire un tour complet puisque le guide de rod nous amène sous le raccord de servo. En faisant ½ tour on arriverait par dessus le servo mais la rod serait coïncée à cause du guide positionné trop bas.
Ce qui m'amène à la question principale : Quelle est la meilleure façon de connecter la rod au servo? Est-ce la même chose pour tous les servos (ailerons, rudder, throttle, dans le fuselage, sur les ailes...) Il y a les Kwik-Links en métal ou en plastiques, les E-Z connecteurs, le L shape, le Z shape.

Il y a plusieurs façons forts acceptables de s'attacher au bras du servo mais d'après moi la meilleure est le Swivel ball link de Dubro ou un équivalent.

C'est solide, ajustable, réutilisable, et l'action est très douce et sans <slack>.

Et c'est disponible en 2-56 ou 4-40 pour les plus gros appareils.

and I never had a problem with them coming loose if you check them regularly.
However, the purists will tell you that a Z-bend is the safest. To do a Z-bend you need a special tool.
There are other types of safe connectors that you only do an L bend to insert the pushrod into the servo arm.

I prefer the first because you can adjust the pushrod mechanically at the servo arm instead of fiddling with the clevis.
Also, do not use nylon clevises, they are just crap! Use steel.

Salut Michel, j'ai utilisé les push rod et les attaches fournie avec le kit "Escapade", je pas eux de problème, tout ces bien monté.

why michael do we use the crapy nylon on the throlle?:confused:

If it's a gas/glow engine the metal to metal can cause radio interference, plastic/nylon won't. Was told by a very experienced builder.
