Bonjour Monsieur,

Nous sommes entrain de développer le prototype d’un avion ultra léger en aluminium ( 2 places en tandem).

La silhouette de l’avion est rétro malgré la modernité de la construction et des équipements de bord.

Just take the CAD file, scale it down, machine the parts on a cnc out of foam blocks, glue it together,sand, primer, paint it and voila. Unless they want balsa and covering job, will take some time. Hadi has access to the laser cutter at Concordia University, get the ribs and formers, etc laser cut and glue together, use covering and you're done.
