Tarek's New Funjet [Archive]

Today, Tarek and I built his new Funjet, it's powered by two 3s 2250mAh connected in series for a whopping 25 volts! We opted for a Castle Ice 100 and a Scorpion 3026 Heli motor. Tarek painted 4 red stripes on the belly of the aircraft for orientation. This plane has the potential of being the fastest plane to have ever flown at Wimac, for comparison my Funjet (Now David Hamultun's) is powered by 3s and is quite fast. We will maiden this week weather permitting.

4 flights today(3 with me at the sticks, and the final flight by Tarek) this plane is monstrous.... Tarek will be posting the video shortly. Daniel Montesano, Tarek and myself were at the field for a few hours today when the storm came. Danny maidened his Eflite Advance with great success and Tarek was enthralled with his new hyper jet.
