Website performance

Been sending in tickets for poor website performance to our host, JustHost.com and get the usual IT run-around, blah blah it must be your website that is at fault, try this, try that...

Well, it looks like their Tier 2 finally looked at the issue cause even their cPanel (manages websites) was slow responding.

It seems to be back to normal... I was this close || to going on the hunt for another web host.

These IT people, they are all cut with the same scissors...
When we used to support Office software people found easier to call... so our first question was: "What page of the manual are you looking at right now?"

Yes it was sloooooow but now is like it should be... I am going to stay all night up to check it... NOOOT!
