This is the first concept: Springs attached to the Main Landing Gear Legs.

The second concept has one advantage: It is more compact, and is self-contained. It can be installed simply removing the wheels. The drawback is that the collars are more fragile, and so is the screw. I've had to change once due to bumps on the ice. I also had to reinforce the wood with a couple of layers of fiberglass with epoxy.

Eladio,

The Escapade is running on the Saito Gas 20CC. This engine gave me a lot of trouble, but I changed the Saito Ignition by a CH, and the Saito Carb by a Zama.

So far, so good.

The other smaller plane (I do not even know the name) was sitting around a friends house and I got it for free. It is flying with a Saito 0.56 Glow.

How do you guys post videos? The site is rejecting because of size....
