You can also find them on ebay, but I don't know about locally. Apparently these are used for tuned pipes, so you might have some good luck if you search in attachments for tuned pipes.

My neighbor use to work for Air Canada and just gave me this information.

(Tiewraps.com) found what I needed there stainless steel ties they wont melt.
