Thinking of buying this plane. Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this one? Looks great in flight trials and is well put together. Seems to handle some higher winds than high wing. Not cheap but then again nothing in this hobby is cheap.

Nice looking plane, Warbirds are not the easiest planes to fly.

Is this the one?

With the built-in 3 axis gyro, it's more stable than a cub fighting the wind...:)

I'm hesitant buying a Dynam product because of the DHC-2 Beaver I just bought. It looks great but there are some issues with the space provided for the battery and the ESC. I hope it flyies as good as it looks. By the way it came with two damaged wings bowever I was able to straighten them out as best as I could. I will say that my complaint did not go unnoticed as Banggood is supposed to be sending me replacements. It's been 3 weeks now and not here yet.

There's a P-47 hanging from the ceiling at Ted's. I think it's a razorback. You may be able to bargain him down. I've done that once. I had a 1100 mm wingspan Durafly F4U Corsair which I sold. It was a wonderful flyer, quite a floater. Those planes are easy to fly, a bit tricky on takeoff and landing (taildraggers).

Thanks for the info. Yes they do look good and easy to fly if they are equiped with flaps as they come in hot on landing. I was looking at the Corsair but the reviews are not very good. That's why I switched to the Razorback

The Corsair was anything but hot on landing. It was a floater and just didn't want to land. I used flaps but they not really that useful. I found the main problem was the propwash over the wings from that big 4 blade propeller which made the landing approach somewhat bouncy, but I usually fly jets so I was not really used to the propwash..Also,the large frontal cross section and the large fat wing gave it a lot of drag and lowered the landing speed. The P-47 has a smaller wing than the Corsair, probably would make the descent rate less bouncy.
