Alan, I have a 2200 mAh Nanotech 35-70C, bought last June, used about 4-5 times. Internal resistance on each cell measured today at 005 mOhm which is excellent.

My charger do not show internal resistance. Any other way that I am not aware to measure it?

a simple wattmeter can do the job with some "math's"...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=43&v=usRE3gLFnOc

U=RxI
Volts = Ohms x Amps
The volts are : the drop voltage when loaded
Amps : the current with the load.
