Does anyone know which cessna this is modeled after? Maybe 172 _?

RC universe doesn't have a single 172 model on file. More likelyy a 182. Does this look like it was an ARF, or a full build ?

I could be wrong, but I think the main difference between a real 172 and a 182 is the rear passenger window, it is more pointy on the 182 and more rounded on the 172 (Giving the 182 more space inside), so this would
make it a 182. A 185 has 3 windows on its side.
But.......then again not 100% sure on this.....

He is alive! He is alive! And talking to the dark side!

Albert,

Take it easy on Patrick, 20 years ago he was a good and polite kid, and obviously he still has class and has compassion for the dark side.

It looks to be a complete kit. was severely damaged. a neighbor was painting the partially rebuilt job, when the owner gave up on it. now its mine.
having never built a kit, and having limited repair knowledge, it is proving difficult.
that said, I am determined to finish it. dremeling out an old hinge is a smokey, stinking job. one more airleron to hinge.
I want to use my saito 80. a bit underpowered. also have a few 2 stroke 90's
we'll see. appreciate any tips.
