Even during Covid-19!
Decided on my down time to build catapult for my Scorpion powered glider.
Ramp 48" long ABS @ 10 deg. inclination, adjustable to 15 deg.
Trigger Bungee release rough prototype (junk ply) adjusted dimensions and action = works.
Bungee 14 ft. retracted with snap fitting for fixed end (Dog Leash anchor screw) and cable steel guide end (smooth release).
Working on auto release from Glider and secondary cable (the one actually pulling the glider - attached to the main Bungee cable) - My original hook/ release was old nylon part = got so brittle with time = had to scrap it.
Building this while reduced working space due to sorting boxes in view of a move and looking for a place to move-to before June 2021!
