It was a gusty day today at the field. My T-28 lost its canopy in midflight.
Canopy fluttered down to the ground somewhere west of the runway in the tall grass. Called off the search after 20 minutes of trudging around in the wet grass because I had to get back to work. If anybody happens to stumble upon a white and orange canopy for a T-28 Trojan, I'd greatly appreciate it if you please let me know. The darn replacement part is 40 bucks plus 20 shipping.
