I noticed you were giving a bit of down elevator to get the tail off the ground sooner. I imagine that helps to keep it going straight at the start of the take-off roll. The first time I noticed that technique was when getting some lessons on a full scale Pitts. The instructor gave down elevator at about the same time as the throttle when starting the takeoff roll. When I do that with my 40% Extra 330 it gives a more realistic takeoff roll, instead of just popping into the air.
