Wind condition to fly nice!

What would you consider a wind giving good flying condition...
Let me explain:
with my UMX Timber, weight 130g, I could fly up to 32kmh, but it is a battle of each instant... from 8 to 16 kmh it is nice.
And for sure no wind is paradise, full relaxation, great to adjust, etc. but few challenge...

I did not fly bigger yet. I am in the process to learn on my bigger Turbo Timber, 1,5m, 1650 g. It is like its small brother, a bush plane with a high wing with low dihedral (dièdre en français) and BIG FLAPS.

What wind condition such a plane can stand?
Please develop for me!!
