Windsock
Hi,
My message is addressed to the club executive.
I was at the field today at around noon time, there was nobody there and I took the time to look closely at the windsock located on the far side of the runway.
I do not think it is a good idea for two reasons:
1- this is a hazard for landing planes, we do not want any obstacle on the runway and this is one.
2- this windsock does not swivel so it is kind of useless.
I hope you consider my comment and remove this wind sock
