I have been around longer than most of our current members. We had a member named Mike, I do not recall his last name, but he and I had built and installed a solar powered system along with our original WIMAC.org! All worked well, including live videos of the field once you signed into our WIMAC.org website, which I was dabbling in then servers. All went well!
Until the 2 solar panels, the camera, the Lithium Ion batteries etc. all
vanished from the then roof. Older members may remember this setup and just before I decided to move back to my Homeland of Jamaica in 2006. Mike did all the programming work for the website. I have never heard about him since then.
I believe Gregg took over and got us our current WIMAC.ca/ Thank you Gregg!
