Summer Aerobatic Challenge

To follow what we started with the indoor challenge at the dome, who would be interested to have a few aerobatic clinics at the field during the summer ? We could conclude with a small contest maybe in September.
The clinics would be to learn maneuvers and technics, plane trimming, radio programming, etc.
Juan Velasquez offers to help.
The details have to be defined together with those interested.

Hi all,
Thanks Xavier for the posting.
Let's move ahead and try to bring new people to IMAC, perhaps pattern too.
I'd start with a quick on-line session about Aresti reading/refreshing. I am sure most people know it, then we go to the field and start flying.
I am available pretty much anytime so if we have a group (can be a group of one...lol) just drop a message and we coordinate so we get together at the field.
As we move along we focus on the different scenarios according to what's requested.
Marcel Bastien has also manifested interest in helping. I'll coordinate with him for the Aresti stuff and setup something.

Indeed trimming the plane including CG, throws and radio settings is the first thing to do. Trying to fly maneuver or just a straight line with a plane that doesn't go straight is a waste of time.

That is the main objective. It was very interesting to see it at the indoor. The participant of the challenge improved their skills and they were having more fun. That is a win-win story.
