While still working on the Spit I also took on a winter project to try to resurrect an old unfinished build from the last century. I am going to try to rebuild my old SIG Komander and convert it to electric. Here are some pictures of the project thus far. Equipment sized is a new RIM fire 35-80-850motor with castle 80 ESC and a 4 cell lipo at 3200 mah. According to motocalc I should get about 100 watts per pound. More than enough to do loops. Notice I had to fill in the cowl with bondo where I had a cutout for my old OS glow engine. I'm now working on the control surfaces.:)
